at Casa Mea Hotel and Restaurant here.
“It is fitting to pay tribute to the woman behind the
success of every scouting activity in the province. We are grateful to Dr.
Torralba for her all-out support to the scouting movement,” Ms. Lucille P.
Santos, Council Scout Executive said in an interview.
Santos said alongside the tribute was the Woodbadge
Holders’ Reunion replete with a sumptuous dinner hosted by Vice Governor Rey

Likewise, the vice governor lauded Superintendent Torralba
for her integrity and unblemished image in her five years of service at the Zamboanga

practicing transparency in her work. “Dr. Torralba abides by the principle of transparency,”
Olegario said.
