“Dako kaayo nga dungog alang kanamo nga mga volunteer fire
brigades nga midaug sa maong kompetisyon sa ikaduhang higayon ug mapasigarbuhon
kaayo kami niini nga pasidungog,” Maghinay exclaimed.
(It is a huge honor for us, the volunteer fire
brigades, to win this competition for the second time, and we are extremely
proud of this award.)
The team, Maghinay said, was composed of 12
barangay Tanods.
“Ang mga mga miyembro sa Barangay Tanod mao ang among gipaapil
sa Fire Olympics kay sila man gud ang mga first responders panahon kung adunay
sunog mahitabo,” Maghinay said.
(The members of the Barangay Tanod are our
participants to the Fire Olympics because they are our first responders in case
a fire happens.)
