2013 ASEAN & Korea in Figures is the 5th edition of the statistical yearbook to be published since the Centre’s establishment in 2009. It encompasses key indicators on various fields, from economic relations between ASEAN and Korea, number of tourist arrivals by country to energy production and imports, etc. that have been organized in tables and graphs for easy understanding.
Through the foreword remarks, Secretary General Chung noted that the ASEAN-Korea relations have witnessed a remarkable progress with the elevation of ties to a Strategic Partnership in 2010 and that he anticipates the yearbook to serve as a useful guide to further deepen understanding of ASEAN.
Published in both English and Korean, the statistical yearbook is distributed to relevant organizations and public libraries in both Korea and abroad. The e-book is also available for downloading via the Centre’s website. (http://www.aseankorea.org/english).
