Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Officer Dr. Adelaida Borja in her opening message during the MOA signing said, PRS92 aims to modernize the countries surveying methods thru the use of homogeneous national network of geodetic control points (GCPs) which marked by survey monuments or mojons that have been established using the Global Positioning System (GPS).
“Technology has gain
significant support from our LGUs who have barely manifested their intentions
to support and participate in the project. Hence, our partnership in the
implementation, supervision and most of all ensure safeguard and protection of

Adorable also urged the chief executives to enact an ordinance that will somehow mandate the barangay officials and its constituents to help safeguard and protect the mojons.
