CITY,
June 13 (PIA)- - the city government
turned over Monday a total of P10.21 Million road projects in Barangay Vitali.
According to Sheila Covarrubias of the City
Information Office, the project package consisted of four (4) road concreting
and one slope protection project in various sitios in barangay Vitali.
Covarrubias said City Mayor Celso Lobregat
and Vice Mayor Cesar Iturralde along with some members of the City Council went
to the said barangay for the formal turnover of the road projects.
“Vitali
is one of the far flung barangays that have received numerous infrastructure
projects from the city government since 2007,” the active info officer said.
Covarrubias also informed that Vitali ‘s health
center and it’s lying-in clinic is at present undergoing rehabilitation and
improvement to better serve not only the people in the community but also its neighboring
barangays.
“Construction of footbridges and numerous
other road concreting projects is also on going in Vitali,” Covarrubias shared.
