Bayog, Zamboanga del Sur, Mar 15 (PIA) – “To promote community welfare through well-chosen programs, to develop the spirit of true friendship within the Fraternity and with the other Fraternities in the council and to encourage and enhance wholesome family life,” officers of United Network of Active Leaders recited this, when they took their oath recently.
Mayor Leonardo Babasa, Jr., led in the unification of all the sorority groups in the municipality with the primary intention of ending up fraternal wars, disputes and misunderstandings.
The newly organized Bayog United Network of Active Leaders (BUNAL) Grand Fraternal Council officers took their oath during the first induction ceremony held at the Bayog Municipal Gymnasium on March 5, 2012, with the theme “Empowering youths to create positive change”
In their Alpha and Omega year, BUNAL is composed of more or less 400 members from seven (7) fraternity groups; ALPHA KAPPA RHO, KAPPA RHO KAPPA, ZETA PHI OMEGA, BETA CHI, GAMMA BETA SIGMA, UPSILON PHI SIGMA and ALPHA SIGMA KAPPA
