NEDA-9 building soon to rise

PAGADIAN CITY - The National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA)-9 will soon commence the construction of its P50-million edifice at the Regional Government Center in Barangay Balintawak this city.

NEDA-9 Regional Director Teresita Socorro C. Ramos said the groundbreaking ceremony signaling the start of the building construction will be held on January 14, 2014 with no less than Governor Antonio H. Cerilles and City Mayor Romeo P. Pulmones to grace the event.

This significant milestone will also be witnessed by local government officials, heads of national government agencies and the media as well as other partners toward achieving regional development in Zamboanga Peninsula.

NEDA is the government’s premier social and economic development planning and policy coordinating body. (PIA9)
