The western route starts at Dapitan City port and then to Dumaguete City, Bacolod City, Iloilo City, Caticlan, Roxas City, Calapan, Batangas and Manila.

The central route goes straight from Cagayan de Oro City to Balingoan, Mambajao, Jagna, Tagbilaran, Cebu, Bogo, Daang Bantayan and Manila. While the eastern route begins in Lipata, Surigao del Norte and passes through Naval, Mariripi, Masbate, Bulan and Manila.
