DIPOLOG CITY - City Mayor Evelyn T. Uy issued an Executive Order declaring September
9-13, 2013 as Rotary Youth Week empowering the Rotary Youth Officers to sit as
city officials.
The Rotary Youth Week
carries the theme: “Engage Rotary, Change Lives.”
Mayor Uy lauded the Rotary
Club of Dipolog in the conduct of the activity since this will serve as a venue
to expose the youth in good governance being adopted by the city government in
all its transactions.
Rotary Youth Officers from
the public and private secondary schools in Dipolog will be serving in
executive and legislative positions of the city government.

activity aims to make the youth aware of their important role in the development
