PNP-RO9 conducts pre-annual inspection at Dipolog CPO

DIPOLOG CITY - The inspection team from the Philippine National Police Regional Office-9 has recently conducted a pre-annual inspection on the Operational, Readiness and Security Inspection Test and Evaluation (AGI-ORGSITE) at the Dipolog City Police Office(DCPO).

According to City Information Officer Roberto Pinsoy, the inspection was conducted to assess the readiness and capability of Dipolog City Police Office personnel to perform its mandated task and is also in preparation for the up-coming national evaluation that will be conducted in all police stations throughout the country.

“The inspection also gauges DCPO’s readiness to respond to any eventuality in the maintenance of peace and order in their area of jurisdiction and ensure the safety of civilian populace,” Pinsoy said.

The DCPO personnel was also subjected to various test to evaluate their competence to respond to any emergency situation by putting them in various scenario such as  Camp/Station Defense Plan; Hostage-taking; Check-points/Choke-points; and Fire/Earthquake drills.

Recently, the Dipolog City Police Office was adjudged as the Best Police Station in Zamboanga Peninsula Region.
