DIPOLOG CITY, APR.
27(PIA)--- The
Provincial Engineering Office (PEO) of Zamboanga del Norte has implemented PhP25-million
worth of various programs and projects during the first quarter of 2012.
In
his report to Governor Rolando E. Yebes, Over-all in Charge in Construction and
Maintenance Operations of the Provincial Engineering Office Engr. Rey Eguia,
under the leadership of OIC Provincial Engineer Lane John Lim said the projects
were implemented in the 25 municipalities and in the two cities of Dipolog and
Dapitan.
These
projects include the Sicayab-Bucana-San Vicente Road in Bucana, Sicayab,
Dipolog City(now on Phase VII); roadway and parking area in San Vicente,
Dapitan city, improvement of water supply system, construction of multi-purpose
hall in the different barangays; school buildings, concreting and rehabilitation
of various provincial roads and many others.
It
maybe recalled that in his State of the Province Address, Gov. Yebes has highlighted
the major accomplishments of his administration.
The
Governor said that since his assumption to office IN 2004 as the Provincial
Governor of Zamboanga del Norte, he has already implemented and completed 5,613
projects under the Provincial Engineering Office.
Yebes
stressed that the accomplishments of PEO only manifests his slogan,” Una sa
