DTI issues advisory to PCAB license holders and new applicants

PAGADIAN CITY, January 2 - - -  The Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB), is now requiring all PCAB license holders and new applicants to provide their electronic mail address (email ad) and current office/business address in all their applications submitted to the same. Applications with no email address will not be entertained and applications sent to previous business address will not be replaced and the contractor shall bear whatever maybe the consequence of the non-delivery of any communications from the Board.

Ms. Ma. Socorro M. Atay, DTI Provincial Director said in case of change of electronic mail address and office/business address, the licensee should immediately inform PCAB, not later than fifteen (15) days after the change of address.

In addition, PCAB is extending the deadline of the filing of application for license under the amnesty program for unlicensed contractors from December 31, 2011 to January 31, 2012. (DTI-MEJ/PIA9/ALT)
