Barce said each student was required to plant 6 seedlings. “We did not only teach them to plant trees but to take special care for their survival, Barce said adding that the students will place also tree guard to protect the trees from animals.

Barce said this is the second time that PNCHS supported tree planting activity, the first was during the Science Club month on September this year where all senior students joined the activity.
Meanwhile, Barangay Councilor Daniel Carumba was very happy that his farm lot was chosen to be the site of the activity.
I am very happy that my farm lot was chosen to be the site for the activity because I am supporting also the tree planting program of the national government),” Carumba said.
